The queen of France appears to be the victim of a curse and she seeks the help of Nostradamus. Being to old to respond to the request himself, he sends his daughter, Madeleine, disguised to resemble her brother. The player controls Madeleine, in and out of disguise, and must investigate whether there is really a curse or if something else is behind the strange recent events.
