Actually slightly worse than TWM Part I. According to Obsidian's troubled CEO Feargus Urquhart, the first part had sold significantly worse than anticipated, and you can certainly notice the budget limitations in the second part. The "campaign" is very short and linear; the only outstanding feature are the new optional bosses, though their AI is still feeble and easily exploitable. Where have all the good AI designers gone? Are they all working on Skynet?
