Players attempt to connect the wellhead in the center of the board to one of their oil tankers. Each player grabs the rack that matches the color of their tankers, randomly pulls five pipe tiles of different types from the bag, and puts them on his rack so that he can see them, but the other players can't. On a player's turn, he decides which tile from his rack that he will play, and he plays it on the board according to particular rules.
