Despite the game being faithful to the films and Jack Sparrow being a fun, charming character, a whole lot of nothing happens in this game's plot and you end up ultimately not caring. The combat boasts a lot of combos that ultimately doesn't amount to much - you mostly just mash with sword swings that feel overly loose and lethargic, making it easy to miss your target if you aren't locked onto it. As a whole, it feels unpolished, with bland graphics and enemy design with short, linear levels.
