The gameplay is fun and graphics are really good for 1994, but there is literally 10 minutes of content! Imagine paying 60 bucks in mid 90s for that! And level of difficulty is also kinda ridiculous, designed for maximizing profits in arcades and not updated in any way for home release. You can actually get a game over while being 1st in the race since you ran out of time to get to the checkpoint. Sega totally deserved what they got for pulling such a lazy-ass 1st party content.
