1748 films ranked, out of which 1251 are American.
72%...

Well the mass production done it...204 UK, only 95 from Japan (I assumed higher number), surprise was French 170 and German 132 (I watched them a lot, but this?)...yes, we can say that country listing it is not quite true..

602 of 717, or 84%. Not terrible, but I can do far better.

90.3% are from the US, which I'm not surprised by. They're much easier to find and watch for me.

However, 24.6% of my movies are from somewhere other than the US, which shows how much overlap there is on Criticker in terms of country.

That's true. I have 205/717 of my movies from outside of the US, or 28%. Not too shabby.

1653 out of 2166 - 76%.

That's what I get for watching so many Looney Toons.

514 / 916 = 56,11%

By the way, how do you find the data for movies outside the USA? Do you make a sum of every single country or something?

That would be a pain in the ass, and actually unhelpful since they overlap so much. What I did was highlight every country under the filter in my rankings, and then control+clicked the US to deselect it. That's how I came up with 200 movies. But 121 of those also had at least some production inside the US. Like I said, a lot of overlap.

Thanks, I didn't think of making multichoices. The result goes like this, so:

469 /918 = 51% for non-US movies.
516 /918 = 56,21% for US movies (two Lynch shorts added).

78% (1436 out of 1833) are listed as American, although some of them are obviously not, as many of you noticed.
