Anarchy: Rush Hour

Anarchy: Rush Hour is a game with a bit of an identity crisis. The intro (told through a lengthy combination of low-res, heavily compressed CG and swooping comic panels while clearly non-native English speakers fumble through the script) makes it seem like you're about to play a Fast and the Furious effort by way of Moscow. And indeed you do end up jumping into the local illegal street racing scene in an effort to pry info about your kidnapped girlfriend from one of three racing gangs.
