Never played the original but this was a bore. The enemies are samey and slow with really haphazard placement. The level design is bland filled with narrow corridors and boring, empty arenas. The final level goes pretty crazy with the numbers but the enemy design is too cumbersome and slow to make these encounters enjoyable since you can just mindlessly strafe your way to victory. The cheesy voice overs are amusing enough, but visually, this game is ugly and looks unfinished.
