Everhood

Very interesting twist on the "you can be a hero or a monster with no middle ground" trope that become quite common place on indie RPGs these days, But where the game shines most is in how it embraces its psychedelic aesthetics and philosophy til the last minute.

Everhood is a refreshing little pastiche art-piece on the types of RPG-lite games made popular after the release of Undertale. It borrows many elements and design philosophies with its main muse via references to Undertale characters and focus on humour and music . It distinguishes itself with its battles that sync to the rhythm of the compositions, its core message and Shpongle esque aesthetic, but its writing and characters ultimately fail to reach the standard set by Undertale.

Son zamanların en yaratıcı oyunlarından olmuş Everhood. Çoğu kişi Undertale benzetmesi yapsa da görsellik harici neredeyse her şeyi farklı. Oynanış ne zaman tekrar edecek gibi hissettirse bir anda karşınıza çıkan harika ritim bölümlerini değiştirerek taze kalmasını sağlıyor. Hikayesi de hiç fena değil.
