The gameplay is really fun, challenging and rewarding. Unfortunately the plot and characters are bland and cookie-cutter to the extreme. So pretty much like Legend of Dragoon, but at least we get a proper overworld to explore this time, and Legaia had a more interesting and deeper battle system than Dragoon's.
