This game fits into a big trend in Japanese games from the 80s where the game is essentially unbeatable without buying a game guide to reveal the many "secrets" arbitrarily buried throughout. (See also: Tower of Druaga and Atlantis no Nazo). Of course, it wasn't sufficiently popular outside Japan for such guides to be so readily available.... There are some decent ideas here, but the frustrating controls and overabundance of secrets really drag things down.

A generally confusing, frustrating, floaty-controlling and badly aged early action-adventure that I could only recommend as a curiosity to the most absolutely hardcore gaming historians.
