I rated the original O2 much higher because back then we didn't know better and I rated it as such. The squishy blade slices are satisfying and I do like the combat even though it's rather simplistic. It's a silly story with silly characters but that's endearing. I wish they would have updated it and got rid of the fixed camera because it's obnoxious, and tank controls mitigate it a bit but tank controls are also ass. So I was annoyed constantly, which is the main reason this gets 55.
