While the combat is not especially exciting, I will give it credit for making the hits feel crunchy and satisfying. There are little issues like navigation and whatnot that hurt this game, and the story is kind of average. It's a shame because the art style is beautiful and the atmosphere is legitimately creepy. Enemy/boss designs are neat too. But the gameplay loop felt a little stale. I'm not in love with this game but I do respect it.
