A damn stylish game that's unfortunately shallow. Enemies go down too easily and the core combat is muddled by a lot of convoluted mechanics. Then again, I don't think the core combat is salvageable considering the combos are about as nuanced as a Musou game and the enemy variety is a joke. The writing and story captures the show's style pretty well, but it's a much weaker retelling of the anime classic.
