Soulcalibur III

A very broken mess of a game but one with a surprisingly decent single player as far as fighters go. Still, the game is a mechanical downgrade from its predecessors - The game took out G-stepping and made frame data generally worse, causing movement options to be butchered. The foundation of SCIII isn't terrible - at least the game isn't anywhere near as sluggish as SCIV and aggression is rewarded. Apparently, the arcade edition makes the game competitively good, but few people have touched it.
