A unique game that simulates the back end of "Expert" level D&D (levels 10-14, this is the stage where you build stuff and pay other people to adventure for you) . While it safely fits in the management sim category, this is definitely more of an RPG...just in a very esoteric style of play that hardly anyone probably bothered with. Its drawbacks are mostly technological. 1993 was maybe not the best time for a fully 3d city planner, and it really holds back the solid mechanics.
