Mechanically, still the best baseball game around in the last ten years. 4 adds some legendary players that are a blast to play with, a lottery draft that's tons of fun to perfect, and some of the buggiest issues a fourth game in a series should never have. If you're willing to deal with some of the bugs, the legends and lottery make it a slight step up from 3.
