Tainted Grail: Conquest

Traversal is a a pain. UX is bad with a controller. Most importantly, the combat didn't seem interesting or well balanced. Another game that relies too heavily on dying to unlock benefits that make the game playable.

If you're a Slay the Spire fan, this is worth your time. It's a little clunky, but if viewed as an interactive board game it's easier to get into. The difficulty factor may be even higher than Spire, but I found myself coming back for more.
