The most made comparisons are the most apt: Max Payne meets Hotline Miami. But honestly, not as good as either. The shooting is better in Max Payne and the weirdness of the story in Hotline Miami (along with the OST) makes it superior. So what you have is a gleefully violent action game with only a few guns and pretty uninspired levels. But yet despite my criticisms it's still in the "good" category because shooting people is a lot of fun. Don't expect more than that.
