Very overrated by contemporary fighting game players but still pretty solid. I'm not particularly fond of how the game encourages a lot of fishing and how stubby some normals can be, but TOD's are really fun to use and allow for some cool ways to extend combos. I also really like a lot of the little nuances, such as the various types of jumps making movement dynamic and interest, with a lot of good defensive options that prevent rushdown from being TOO good. Not the best KOF, but a solid entry.
