Twilight Imperium 4th edition

So this is definitely not for the weak willed or semi-interested. This is a board game that the devs say should take 1-1.5 hours per player and it plays best in the 4-6 player range. That's if you know the rules and don't get distracted by side talk and what not. It's not an every weekend game. It's an all day event you plan out well in advance. If you are down for that, have a few friends who 100% agree, and can stomach the $150 price then by all means, play your heart out because it's great.
