I can't rate both versions differently, so I'm using the same review for both. It's quite a fun game. I'm not huge into horror, but I think the great cast pulled me in more than I would have been otherwise. I'm a sucker for cinematic QTE/choice based games, so this is right up my alley. The original looked great and the remake looked even better. The game does trick you at times into doing things that can get your characters killed, so you will want to replay it.
