Many small tweaks lead to (IMO) vast improvement over Tigris and Euphrates. The conflicts make more sense, the different colored tiles now have some unique effects they can do, and there are now wild colored VP that can be applied to any color of VP you want. Highly recommend for people getting deep into board games, but probably one I would hold off on if you are just getting into the hobby.
