WarioWare: Move It!
The microgames are incredibly fun and they take full advantage of the joycons' wide range of motion controls, even including the IR camera. It's got 18 different poses, some of which are really wacky, and 220+ microgames. Some of the microgames also combine button controls with the motion controls, which is even more awesome.
Each microgame has 3 levels, so unlocking each microgame and mastering each level takes a fair bit of time. This was one of the best 10 hours I've ever spent. There aren't a ton of games that are fully based on motion controls, and most of the ones that exist are lame stuff like sports or dance titles, but this kind of implementation with so many rapid fire microgames feels really exhilarating to play.
The visuals are also the best the WarioWare series has ever looked, and it's far better than WarioWare: Get It Together's chibi style.
My only complaint is that it's hard to figure out what move to perform in a few microgames, and the explanations aren't great. Also the post-game content is not that great, but that's par for the course for the WarioWare series. They're meant to be short and sweet rides, with the microgames as the main attraction.
