I mean I'm not really playing this game anymore and I haven't seen the movie but I'm almost certain it's Biutiful with Javier Bardem. I guess one of the regulars can go next.

Coincidentally, I also figured it was Bardem and Biutiful from the second last image but as I don't have time to post images at the moment I didn't want to play that answer. If nobody else jumps in in the meantime I'll try and find some time to do so later in the week.
