Zakhara was a neat (but problematic... gamifying monotheism was maybe not the best design choice) setting for the tabletop game. Played a few sessions as a halfling barber, and it was a blast. That setting was enough to overcome this Zelda clone's shortcomings, but not enough to make Genie's Curse a truly good game. Beyond Oasis for Genesis would be a better place to go to scratch this niche itch.

This should have been good, because it was based on an intriguing D&D setting. Sadly it was incredibly dull and repetitive.
