There's quite a lot of variety here, which would be good if everything outside of the straightforward shooting sections didn't suck ass. And the writing is as bad as ever. This franchise's consistently backward morality verges on being unintentionally hilarious. At so many points, it comes close to commenting on how fucked up the American military and its ethnocentrism is, but always spins it in a baffling and embarrassingly patriotic "ooh-rah, fuck yeah, 'Merica" way

Has a lot of content, the gameplay is what you'd expect from a good Call of Duty. My only complaint is the maps. I know people love this game and I dig it too, but there are a few too many maps that don't gel with me. Probably just a preference thing because I know their designs fit into the fast gameplay loop this series is known for. Oh, and having the enemy spawn directly behind you is always going to be bullshit.
