It's as if the modern era of the Call of Duty franchise explicitly goes out of its way to make every step of the installation, setup, account signups, navigation, menus, monetization, etc. as frustrating, tedious, and intrusive as humanly possible, all for an exceedingly mediocre and, at times, misguided campaign jammed onto an awful multiplayer experience with a whacked out tone/style that pulls way too much from the gross Fortnite side of the industry

I've long abandoned playing campaign, and my multiplayer experience in shooters mostly consists of team deathmatch and rarely playing objective-based modes. I'm also not a massive CoD fan anymore. So the game really only needs to feel okay and have good maps, and this is about what you'd expect from CoD and I enjoy the maps quite a bit. With that said, the UI is fucking obnoxious and I miss it being a military shooter because this colourful Fortnite shit isn't working for me.

Oh this was why they didn't package multiplayer with MW2 remastered - its all here! Zombies is much much better like this without autistic puzzles to solve
