Diablo IV

I put 100 hours in this and didn't have a single other person join me at all, it's probably the loneliest open world game I've ever played. Also something about playing it makes me sleepy

The gameplay, level progression, visuals and music are all solid. But the MMOness and open world just kind of killed the pacing and enjoyment more than I would have liked. This should have been linear like the other ones, because the good wouldn't have been buried by them jumping on the open world bandwagon, which effected the game design in key ways, and made it worse. The loot is also really underwhelming. I had some enjoyment with this but will never revisit.
