Disgaea Infinite

It's an interesting concept but the gameplay gets nauseating quickly when it forces you to repeat scenes constantly to trial and error your way to the solution. This wouldn't be so bad if the game wasn't obtuse for what events trigger what outcomes, Even worse how skipping cutscenes is unadvisable since you could possibly miss triggers. The writing itself is far from engaging - it has the typical flair of Disgaea's juvenile personality but with shittier humor and lacking in dramatic weight.
