Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee

The power up system and random ice beams make battles RNG based, which by default ruins any sort of competitive scene this game could have. But even without that issue, that doesn't save the game from being a slow, lethargic fighter where simply turning around is a hassle and the movepool is pathetically small to the point neutral has like 1 or 2 options at most for every character. Even the content is lacking, with very few modes and a tiny roster with clones.
