A graphical upgrade to the original, and the faction gameplay gave the player a bit more of the world to sink their teeth into....but it really couldn't have been done in a satisfying matter in this format.

I used to spend my time trying to lure people onto the train tracks to electrocute them. Or maybe that was the first one. But this one didn't click with me like the first. The cars in particular felt way slippier.
