"overall i really loved the core gameplay/controls, and the more directed sense of gameplay progression/flow feels more up my alley than Super Metroids greater emphasis on non-linearity, which tbh has never really appealed to me much. some of the boss designs and level obfuscations are frustrating until you figure out what to do (the latter usually involving spamming bombs everywhere randomly until a new passage opens up), but i had fun with this one mostly."
