Hold 'em will likely reign as the most popular poker variant for a long time if not forever. It sits it an interesting place where it has more accessibility than something like Omaha or any of the stud variants but has more strategy, mathematical analysis, and decision points than the classic 5 card draw. It's very cleverly crafted.

Easily the best poker variation and will always be one of my favorite games. Biggest issue is that the optimal strategy is not the most fun strategy.

In my opinion, this is the best version of poker. It has right amount of public and private knowledge available in every hand. This allows both the mathematical and the people who read the board to have viability and the ability to win based on those traits alone.

I might rank it higher except that I tend to not really like hanging out with poker people in general so to be honest I barely ever play, but I find the drama and luck and skill and strategy and excitement of it very interesting.

You can learn so much about the people you play with that you can't get in any other setting. Also I like to win money.

Trash. I remember my friend bought a PS2 game of this. Casuals. Can we please have some hardcore gamers who play single player games such as Mario or Assassin's Creed Origins.

This should be the only game you play at a casino, as you are playing against real players and not the house. As we all know, the house always wins. Always. Even when you win, you don't REALLY win. The floor manager will immediately approach you and offer you comped rooms, usually in the fancier part of the casino. They'll also give you a line of credit to keep gambling above your means. Don't fall for it. Take the money and run.
