Really good for a 1996 game. It built on the first game to make it much better, and the AI was honestly ridiculously good for its time. Sadly, the campaigns are really short and have a brutal difficulty curve, and there's simply not enough content in the game to feel a high replay value… though I did sink hundred of hours in it back in the day.
