Legend of Kage 2

Serviceable in terms of mechanics but the game has a lot to be desired. For one, the level design is mostly bland linear corridors with generic enemies that are so non-threatening you can ignore them most of the time. The game often makes levels with a lot of verticality but they never add much to the level design and it ultimately pads out its corridor-like linearity. To its credit, the game has cool boss fights and it isn't terribly long so it isn't a total waste of time.
