Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death

I can easily get behind the premise and hammy writing, but playing this is painful. The core combat is like GoW but worse - this game has far less combat options, samey enemy design without the cool spectacle of GoW, and more shitty platform sections. Even worse is how you can't animation cancel anything leading to extremely rigid combos and unintuitive defensive play. And while I dig the B-movie vibe, frankly, I hated how this excused the laziness with how cutscenes were presented and written.
