Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes is the fourth game in the Marvel vs. Capcom series of fighting games. The player's controls were simplified to make the gameplay more accessible to the wider audience of casual players and the button configuration was trimmed down to 4 main buttons and 2 assist buttons. The game also features a different air-combo system and 3 on 3 tag, compared to the 2 on 2 tag from previous games in the series.

I liked this. Not as much as the original street fighter because of the so many guys in here that weren't that appealing.

The best way to describe this game is that it's like the Mona Lisa if it were put onto a broken frame. Mechanically the game feels really good, and there's a lot of neat ways to use assists to complement your combos and pressure game. The art style and sprite work is also really solid, even if a lot of it is recycled and the stage design is mostly boring... however, this is one of the most imba fighters ever. Character diversity is non-existant and there's so much stupid shit that shouldn't work
