ngl, I'm kind of baffled by the hate for this game. It's actually polished in terms of hitboxes, mechanics, and visuals. The problem is the game is just boring. The game is overly forgiving due to low damage enemies and the health you get from core objectives. The gameplay loop has variety but enemy encounters are one dimensional and easily readable. Most of the challenge comes from actually finding each kid that amounts to searching every door and window you can which isn't exactly enthralling.

Big sit-down arcade ver was a baffling mess of coin-grabbing crap, Master System was just a regular bad game.
