Mixtape

Terrible game. Rudimentary gameplay that requires zero skill to succeed. Obnoxious, pretentious, narcissistic main characters. No understanding of the '90s as a decade. This was clearly a failed movie script that they quickly slapped some minigames on and called it a day.

Glimpses of great moments from its unique blend of minigames reminiscent of the charm of It Takes Two. But I wasn't too attached to the overarching theme/vibe from the characters. Although the music plays a huge role in the game, I didn't connect strongly to the tracks playing all that often. Though there was stuttering I came across on Epic Settings on an RTX 5090. The graphics & art direction are so thoughtful and gorgeous, visually I was just in awe the entire time.
