Neo: The World Ends with You

I couldn't enjoy the combat system. I felt it didn't provide enough feedback (negative and positive) for me to know and enjoy a deeper understanding of it. Too many times I felt like I could just button smash, or be attacked from out of view, and it also felt repetitive. I didn't play the first one and the story felt too slow and too full of mindless chattering. Also the math guy was cringe. I liked the artstyle though

It's longer than the original and I think that hurts it some. Stretches out the story a bit too much. It's lesser than the first in all ways--characters, story, music, etc--but that doesn't mean it's a bad game at all. I was going to rate this a bit lower originally but a lot of the stuff grew on me.
