An anime-style, third-person action videogame that takes place in a dystopian 2032. Earth is so polluted that little of it remains habitable. Most nations have combined into a single entity, the plutocratic World Coalition Government (WCG), which annexes 80% of the countries of the world; their primary opposition is a terrorist organization known as the Syndicate, led by someone called Muro. The player takes the role of Konoko, a field member of the government's Technological Crimes Task Force.
