There's some fun to be had here but I can't help but feel that had I played it back in 2003 it would have spoke to me more. That's simply because the technology behind this just got better. Driving now feels smoother, shooting feels smoother, graphics are better, etc. The city design is okay but hardly inspired. But I do like the satire; it's odd hearing it nowadays. I also wish we'd have more vehicular combat games because I miss them. The love of VC games makes this an 80.
