Slightly better than DW5 in that there are more mechanics and features complemented by more unique characters despite them being smaller in number; however, it's just as shallow as its father series is. While there is a bit more enemy variety than DW, the enemies are laid out in the most basic way imaginable and your strategy against them isn't much different than the average mook. Other elements, like the verticality in levels, bodyguards, etc are mostly extraneous and add nothing to the game.
