It's not bottom of the barrel but I get the sense people force this to be competitive as a meme. Your toolkit is extremely limited; a bunch of Musou-esque dial-a combos that aren't actually useful and a rigid, floaty jump/airdash with other bare minimums like grabs and blocks. The neutral is virtually non-existent, you'll mostly be mindlessly tossing projectiles or awkwardly trying to dash into your opponent in the hopes of landing a hit only for neutral to instantly reset after the fact.
