Sonic the Hedgehog is a 2006 platform game developed as a reboot of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Sonic the Hedgehog follows three hedgehogs—Sonic, Shadow, and Silver—who battle Solaris, an ancient evil pursued by Doctor Eggman. Gameplay is split into three separate campaigns for the hedgehogs, each of whom have their own unique abilities and must complete a series of levels to advance the story.
