Tenchu is an annoying game to play due to how shitty the draw distance is and the lack of ways to detect where the enemy is at. Although it really doesn't matter; there's a limited number of enemies on a given map and you can easily kill or avoid them because none of them are actually a threat to you. Your stealth options are super limited, you have no method of hiding other than latching onto some vertical platform and NPC's can't detect sound so crawling is basically pointless.

A decent ninja simulator somewhat held back by the technical limitations of its day.
