The King of Fighters '94

I don't think this title aged quite as well as SFII did. For one thing, forcing you to pick a team rather than creating your own makes your character options a lot more limited and leads to an unfun learning curve. On the other hand, I do think the game has a better combo game than SFII but the neutral feels a lot more spastic/clunkier to me by comparison with awkward hitboxes at times. It's a lot messier than future KOF games, but it's an interesting title to look back on from a historic view.
