The King of Fighters Neowave

A weird offshoot of 02, but not nearly as compelling. The game adopts Garou's just defense system but makes it weaker and less flexible. The new grooves feel half-assed and incomplete. A lot of characters gained nothing from MAX2 groove. On the other hand, despite how underwhelming this title is, I still found myself liking it even if I'd regard it as among the weakest dream matches.
