Terrible controls. It's like the devs didn't realise how long it takes to change weapon, making action scenes frustrating. Coupled with lots of tedious sections (collecting tears, back-and-forthing, escort missions, bosses), makes it a bad game overall, but the first half is not too bad since the dungeons are fun, though the in-betweens are poor. Lots of text-boxes and mini-cutscenes too. Overall the worst pre-BotW Zelda easily.

Stacks relatively low on the 3D Zelda games tier list - still a good game tho.
